Milling machine ADF 0808 METAL - designed for processing steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals. The machine is based on a massive and rigid bed weighing 3.2 tons. The vibration-absorbing properties of the design, its increased wear resistance and resistance to plastic deformation make it possible to process ferrous metals in long-term modes. Guides and ball screws have a corrugated sheet, which effectively protects machine parts from dust, chips and coolant.
The high accuracy of the machine is ensured not only by milling the seats and the plane of the table, but also by their grinding. The design of the machine with a movable table has a positive effect on the processing modes and product quality.
The ADF 0808 has an automatic seam and guide lubrication system that simplifies machine maintenance.
At the request of the customer, most of the well-known control systems are installed: Mach3, NC-Studio, DSP consoles. A large selection of additional options for this model allows you to most effectively set up equipment for a specific task.
The bed has a coolant drain and two cleaning filters on a pull-out trolley.
