The abrasive nylon brush is used for sanding and soft brushing (texturing, structuring) of any wooden surfaces.
The design is most optimal for processing vertical surfaces, log walls, plain and glued timber, round and flat. It fits well into wall joints.
If the initial condition of the wooden surface does not suit you, there are small burrs and torn fibers, there is excessive roughness, but there are no large flaws and bark residues, then this brush is perfect for you.
Application : Brushing / Light sanding / Sanding
The recommended operating speed of the brush is 800-2500* rpm.
Work with the tips of the bristles without putting pressure on the tool.
* If you exceed the maximum operating speed, the wood will start to burn and the tips of the polymer bristles will melt, and the brush will stop working. To restore effective operation, cut the tips of the bristles with scissors and continue working at a normal speed of 800-2500 rpm.
