Milling machine ADF 1313 Stone is designed for high-quality milling and engraving of stone and metal in 2D/3D planes.

     Funeral services:
Simple and complex reliefs with artistic carvings, bas-reliefs, sculptural compositions, memorials, etc.
     Interior finishing:
Elements of fireplaces and billiard tables, stairs, plinth, parquet, etc.
     Exterior finishes:
Figured architraves on windows and doors with a carving through. Decorative elements for decorating wooden houses and baths. Balusters from boards for finishing verandas and arbors, fences, etc.

LINEAR MOVEMENT AND MECHANICS
The all-welded frame of the machine is made of a thick-walled steel profile of rectangular section. The bed is milled along the plane and at the points of attachment of the guides to achieve maximum evenness of the entire surface.
The machine is equipped with HIWIN rail linear guides.
The torque from the stepper motor gearbox is transmitted to the helical gear rack along the XY axes. On the Z axis, the torque is transmitted through the ball screw. Guides on all axes are protected by a special casing to prevent dust and dirt from entering during operation.
The working table of the machine in the basic configuration is covered with a steel profile with T-slots. Installed coolant and bath.
 
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS
The electronics are mounted in a separate electrical cabinet, isolated from vibrations, overheating and other external influences. All components and connections are located in strictly designated places for control and maintenance.
The machine is powered from the mains 380 V ( 220 ) .
