Description
The ADF 10S multi-spindle CNC turning and milling machine is designed for high-productivity simultaneous machining of up to 10 rotational parts with diameters up to 280 mm and lengths up to 150 mm. It is ideal for the serial production of handles, grips, decorative elements, bushings, rollers, plugs, caps, and other small cylindrical and contoured parts. The machine processes wood, MDF, plywood, plastics, composite materials, tooling polymers, and other materials suitable for machining. Ten independent spindles enable the simultaneous production of identical parts, significantly increasing manufacturing efficiency. The machine was specially developed for an Italian company and has been successfully operating in serial production for more than three years, proving its reliability, stable performance, and high machining accuracy.
