Description

Interface board with optical isolation for 5 axes BL-MACH-V1.1 for controlling a CNC machine.
The BL-MACH-V1.1 interface board allows you to connect up to five control drivers
stepper or servo motors to a PC equipped with an LPT port. It distributes signals from pins
LPT to screw terminals, thus facilitating the connection of drivers.
In addition, it has the following characteristics:
1. Full support for the MACH3 program and other computer programs designed for
machine control via the parallel port.
2. The presence of a separate power supply for the digital part (from USB or an external + 5V source) and
peripheral devices (from an external source +12-24V) to protect the computer.
3. Wide input voltage range for powering peripherals from +12 to +24V,
anti-reverse function.
4. Optoisolation of all input signals to protect the computer.
5. The presence of a relay for controlling the spindle. Output port P17.
6. Opto-isolated 0-10V analog converter output for control
spindle speed. Output port P1.
7. Availability of 17 ports that can be operated with opto-isolated driver inputs
stepper or servo motor control.
8. P1 output port can be used as a PWM output to control the spindle with
optoisolated input.
9. Can be connected to circuits with a common cathode or a common anode and signal voltage up to + 5V.

case with an emergency switch installed. Each controller is manufactured according to
customer requirements. Controllers interact with programs that generate signals with
using LPT port, such as Mach2/Mach3, KCam, Master5, TurboCNC, Step2CNC and many more.
