Spindle GDZ120X103-6. It is designed for high-performance drilling, milling, engraving. It is used on portal milling machines, woodworking centers, but it can also be used in other industries. Installation of the tool is carried out manually, using a suitable well-balanced collet clamp. The spindle is cooled by a fan mounted on the motor shaft. During operation, it is necessary to monitor the cleanliness of the air ducts and avoid working at low speeds, as the efficiency of the fan decreases. If these conditions are followed, it may cause the spindle to overheat.
 To control the operation of the spindle motor, it is necessary to use a frequency converter (inverter) in scalar mode (U/f = const), and maintain a constant torque in the operating range of revolutions. The spindle is connected to the frequency converter using a connector.

Note: A new spindle or a spindle that has not been used for a long time should be started slowly. First run the spindle for half an hour, at 25% of maximum speed, and then increase for 15 minutes to 50% of maximum speed. And only then increase the speed to the maximum. During the entire working process, it is necessary to check the temperature of the spindle, if the spindle becomes hot, stop the work.
