Autonomous controller DDCS V3.1, 4 control axes
DDCS V3.1 stand-alone controller, 4-axis control DDCS V3.1 is a 4-axis controller that provides high-precision control of stepper and servo motors. This system is compatible with FANUC, supports a set of G-codes, and uses ARM + FPGA as a control architecture. All operations are controlled using 17 buttons on the front panel of the device. DDCS V3.1 works as a stand-alone system (no need to connect to a computer). The internal operating system is based on Linux. This controller can be used in lathes, drilling and milling machines, industrial works, linear modules, etc. Features of DDCS V3.1: Autonomy of operation High precision control 5 inch TFT screen 16 opto-isolated digital inputs 3 opto-isolated digital outputs Analog spindle control 0-10 V (can be changed as PWM output) USB drive support for G-code input (no size limit file) Support for the MPG standard (remote control) Compatibility with FANUC Support for inductive sensors of the NPN type Support for soft interpolation Work with inches and metric units Ability to connect a USB keyboard Saving information when the power is turned off Support for quick assignment of the working position Russian-speaking Technology Co., Ltd.
