How to order a CNC machine?
Submit a request on our website or contact our manager. We will discuss your production needs, the materials to be processed, and the technical requirements for the equipment. Once all requirements have been clarified, we will select the appropriate machine model and optimal configuration.
If the standard configuration does not meet your needs, the machine can be manufactured in a custom configuration tailored to your specific application.
Once the configuration has been agreed upon, you will receive a quotation with the technical specifications, price, and estimated production lead time.
The next step is to sign the contract and make an advance payment, after which the order is released for production. The amount of the advance payment and the terms of the final payment are determined by the contract.
The finished machine is shipped after full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Important: The final configuration, production lead time, payment terms, delivery, and commissioning are specified in the contract and the specification for each individual order.

Can I order a CNC machine with delivery to another country?
Dominant CNC exports equipment to various countries around the world. We support the entire delivery process: prepare the equipment for transportation, provide the necessary shipping documents and, depending on the agreed delivery terms, arrange transportation.
Delivery terms are determined in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.
Delivery costs and lead times are calculated individually depending on the destination country, equipment model, dimensions, and weight.
